Outside Catering
Arrangements can be made for your own caterer to serve on our ships, or your own food is accepted, subject to nominal per person charges.
Caterer must be able to supply documentation of proper liability insurance, Health Inspection certificate, Food Handlers certificate, and Work Safety and insurance Board Coverage.
Your Caterers (or yourself) to supply:
- Kitchen utensils to provide service, e.g. salad tongs, bowls, serving cutlery, trays etc.;
- When required, disposable plates;
- Dinner size/cocktail size paper napkins (appropriate colour);
- Chafing pans for hot items;
- Staff for service of food as required.
We have available:
- One refrigerator;
- One microwave oven;
- Coffee Urns (100 cups), coffee, tea, milk, sugar.
- Complimentary tea and coffee unless non-alcoholic bar;
- 9 inch dinner plates, 6 inch side plates;
- Knives, forks;
- Styrofoam cups for coffee/tea.
