Year round & Seasonal Positions
Senior Ship Manager
Operations and hospitality experience required. Experience managing full time and part time staff, including scheduling. Responsible for the smooth flow of cruises. Supervise bar & food services. Responsible for the daily bar inventory report and bar cash report. Irregular hours.
Ship Managers
Reports to Senior Ship Manager. Operations and hospitality experience required. Experience managing staff and coordinating client events. Work the cruises. Supervise staff, bar & food services onboard. Prepare the daily bar inventory report and bar cash report. Irregular hours.
Sales Staff
Sales experience mandatory. Hospitality experience preferred. Required to sell cruises. Inbound and outbound sales. Excellent people skills. Salary plus commission.
Bartenders
Experienced bartenders only. Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment. Excellent people skills.
Wait Staff
Experience preferred. Serve buffet, clear dishes, serve drinks.
Bar Backs
Bring ice, beer, liquor before cruise starts. Keep bar supplied during cruise. Fill bar after cruise - restock for next cruise.
Cleaning Crew
Clean washrooms, vacuum, clean windows, sweep. Remove garbage.
Captains, Mates, Engineers
Experienced, professional, qualified and certified personnel only. We operate from April 1st to Dec 31st.
Disc Jockeys
Previous DJ experience mandatory. Must have exceptional musical knowledge, talent on the microphone, and great people skills.
